NMI Approval for Flow Meter diameters DN700 up to DN1035
In October 2018, the NMI issued Aquamonix with a provisional pattern approval for meters with diameters in the range of DN700 up to DN1035. This was applicable to both our 2060 and 2030 series meters. To move to a full pattern approval some additional testing and analysis of results was required.
We are pleased to inform you that the required tests were successfully conducted on 20th August 2020. The results and analysis was also accepted by the NMI. Hence, our provisional pattern approval has been upgraded to a full pattern approval as evidenced on the NMI website. See the approval here.
This successful testing also forms a part of the extension of pattern approved diameters up to 1500 mm which requires one minor additional flow test and assessment. We are working hard to ensure that this happens in coming weeks well in advance of the 1st Dec 2020 deadline for compliance imposed in NSW. Discussions are actively underway with the NMI.
