Hard on the heels of our new staff additions in Milperra, we have appointed Scott Wilson as Field Service Technician based out of our Shepparton facility. An alumnus of The University of Melbourne with a degree in Mechanical Engineering with Honours, Scott is no stranger to the water industry in Northern Victoria. With industry experience in manufacturing, product design and quality engineering, we look forward to Scott lifting our customer service and technical product skills in Victoria and southern NSW. I500 achieves NMI pattern approval

Aquamonix has achieved compliance for our I500 electromagnetic flowmeter with the new irrigation utility metering standards and obtained the National Measurement Institute’s pattern approval. The approval was granted in full on 12th December 2015. The meters were tested under harsh conditions including high and low temperature (-20°C to +50°C), electric discharge, electromagnetic interference, and submersion in water to various depths, in addition to the requirement to maintain accuracy when the flow is disrupted by swirl and disturbance.  Our flowmeter is the only meter in the industry to be submitted to and passed this rigorous testing under Australian conditions at the Manly Hydraulics Laboratory.
